Cancellation & No Show Policy
Effective 1 December 2025
To bring Clay in line with industry standards, from 1 December 2025, you will need a credit card to secure your booking. This card will only be charged in the event of late cancellations/no-shows.
Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Thereafter, a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking will be applied. No-shows are charged at 100%.
