To secure bookings, a 50% deposit will be required. This deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Thereafter, it is non-refundable, including for no-shows.

Bookings made online will require a credit card or Gift Voucher code, and 50% of the cost of your appointment will be charged. 

Face to face/phone bookings can also be secured via credit card, but you can also pay via bank transfer or cash: ask the desk for more info. 

Once your appointment is complete we will take the balance and can accept any payment method, refunding the deposit if you’d rather pay cash for instance.
